Welcome aboard Eugenie a lovely 58ft light airy semi trad narrowboat built in 2003, she will be available as from April 7th but a 10% deposit will secure.
She was painted throughout the interior August 2019 and had new carpet and new curtains and new bedding on both beds.
She was blacked July 2019 with x6 new anodes also stern gear and rudder all checked, by marina at time of lift out the Alde gas boiler was also serviced whilst at the Marina, receipts to prove.
She has a Barrus Yanmar 45hp engine with very low genuine engine hours due to last 2 owners not really using her.

Eugenie has a double cross bed at the aft end of the boat as well as a large single in its own section.
She has good Internal head room at 196cm high or 6ft 5” and all the pictures were taken 2019/2020 so should be as pictures show.
All bedding new which comes with the sale of the boat.
She has a gas Alde central heating boiler which also heats your water as well as running the radiators to keep you nice and toasty, and she has the added benefit of a thermostat switch which you can turn on when your engine is running and this will run the hot water around the rads without using your gas supply this is a handy feature when you want to Moore up and be warm when you go down below. We will post some pictures of the boiler tomorrow. Also Eugenie has double glazed glass panels in the windows.

Eugenie comes with all cruising equipment ie plank, pole, boat hook, fenders, ropes, hose, mooring pins and hammer, she has a centre eye with centre line, she has a 12v socket for your tv, she comes with everything in these pictures so she is ready to cruise all you would need is clothes, food and crockery and your good to go.
Eugenie would make a lovely holiday boat or a Liveaboard as she is light spacious and airy, to reach the canal systems from where we are located it will take 5 days up the beautiful River Nene to reach Gayton junction, or a short 2hr trip to our nearest marina could lift your boat onto transport to enable you to have it transported to your destination of your choice.

Eugenie has a Barrus Yanmar 45hp engine with 554 genuine engine hours (due to previous 2 not really using her) therefor she is ready to do some serious cruising.
We had 3 weeks away on her last year and she never missed a beat, the engine was serviced October 2019 new filters and oil change etc.
She has x3 110 Amp domestic batteries and x1 110 starter battery and a Sterling 20amp battery charger.
She Has Alde gas central heating supplying x3 radiators and a multi fuel stove situated by the galley.
She has also got double glazed glass units in the windows.
Eugenie has a BSS certificate until July 2023 and full history folder.
