Natural Mystic is our 1983 Fairline Mirage 29 Aft Cabin. She is 100% reliable with a Volvo MD30A Diesel engine on shaft drive. She has fully pumped hot & cold water, high pressure shower, hot air heating, high quality oven & hob. A new 12V high efficiency LG fridge has been installed.
22" Samsung TV, Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with cockpit and cabin speakers. A Jabsco 12V electric sea toilet was installed in 2023.
She has a starter battery and two batteries for a domestic bank. A 240V Victron Energy multistage automatic charging system has been installed to maintain the batteries when docked, it also optimises battery health and an App can be used to see charge status. When cruising a Victron alternator splitter system has been fitted to maintain all batteries and charge them to full capacity as opposed to traditional lossy diode based systems, there is a spare port for adding another battery if required.
12V Solar panels can be removed and are used to keep the boat fully operational if moored up away from mains power, the solar charger is not a typical cheap unit, it is a high efficiency MPPT unit (Maximum Power Point Tracking) with cabin based user screen.
A gas leak detector is installed as well as a CO alarm and bilge water float switch for emergency pumping.

The vessel "Natural Mystic" was found to be above average standard for a vessel of this age. The vessel was found to be clean and presentable inside and out, all main system skills were found to be to a high mechanical quality, upon these findings a value of £35k would be placed upon her.
