| Just in we are pleased to offer a ever popular nauticus 27 at the lowest price I have ever seen!
The boat has suffered from being an abanoned project by its previous owner, the boat was undergoing a refit internally which has been started but we advise to any potential purchaser to assume the boat will require a full internal refit before viewing as to not mislead anyone, however alot of the hard work has been done.
The boat is in its opriinal gel coat with a few signs of wear but has not been painted and is nice and clean, the boat has been freshly antifouled below the waterline.
Stainless pullpit rail,
Untested engine fitted and make has not been checked but most of these boats were fitted with a ford petrol engine, z drive
Good waterproof full canopy which is not particularly old.

Internal description
Starting from the bow, (front) the forward section of this boat steps down to deep within the hull and consists of a well equipped kitchen with ample work space and storage, a large, comfortable, fully upholstered, dinning area with shelving, lights and windows, this dinning area converts into one of the spacious double berths when required. Additional double berth forward of galley area, large wardrobe/storage unit to starboard.
Going aft up the solid timber steps into the main cockpit/saloon area the beautiful timer theme with colour coordinated carpets, upholstery and soft furnishings continues. To port you find a very well equipped helm position with Cetek Auto helm, Navman tracker, depth and speed log with upper helm repeater, 12 volt control panel, rudder indicator, compass, auto bilge pump controls/override, bow thruster controls, wabasto heating control unit. On the starboard side of the cockpit / saloon there is a half round fully upholstered lounging area with small round timber table, shelving behind, storage under.
Under the cockpit / saloon area you can gain access to all of the mechanical equipment including engine and gearbox. All wiring and equipment is clean, tidy and professionally installed.
Aft of the saloon to starboard you gain access to the toilet/shower wet room, which includes sea toilet, wash basin, shower, towel holders, and cupboard with mirror on door.
The centre door from the cockpit / saloon leads into a very grand master bedroom with walk around double bed, large hanging wardrobe shelves and spot lights.
Upper helm position is accessed by steps from the aft of the cockpit / saloon. The upper helm is covered by a removable blue acrylic canvas canopy in good condition, the windows and instrument panel also lower to allow an air draught of 8 ft 2 in. The helm is well equipped with vetus controls and wheel. The helm also includes a depth sounder, rudder indicator, compass and bow thruster control unit. |

MECHANICAL; The craft is fitted with a Perkins M90 diesel engine, connected via a hydraulic drive system to a stainless steel propellor shaft and bronze propeller. A Volvo Penta diesel engined 15 kva generator is installed and provides power for all the crafts electrics, suitable shorepower connections are provided for alongside arrangements. Bow and stern hydraulic thrusters are fitted, hydraulic steering is also fitted. Equipment fitted but not previously mentioned includes; 2 x fully automatic deep cycle battery chargers are installed connected to each bank of 12 volt batteries. VHF radio is fitted in the wheelhouse, smoke detectors are fitted in all the cabins. Adequate automatic and portable fire extinguishers are provided. Cat D ,
Construction:
HULL, DECK & TOPSIDES; Constructed in 1991 by Steelcraft Ltd., to a traditional Dutch Barge design, the deck layout consists of a short foredeck, a long raised accommodation area, adequate side decks and a large full width aft deck, this deck is fitted with 3 large alloy chequered pattern deck plates which allow access to the batteries, steering gear and stern thruster. A Mikuni Boiler is also housed in this area. Deck lockers of solid teak construction are fitted in fore and aft decks. Accommodation access is via a single door from the fore deck, a double door side entrance situated amidships on the port side and fully glazed, triple doors, from the aft deck to the wheelhouse. Windows and windscreens are alloy framed with double glazed toughened glass fitted. Solid teak is used for all external joinery on the deck lockers, hatches, pigeon box and doors.
Accommodation
GENERAL; The accommodation consists of a large wheelhouse, a very large saloon, a large galley and breakfast table, a large owners stateroom with ensuite shower room. The fit out is to an exceptionally high standard, hand built in Canadian Maple, with high quality colour co-ordinated upholstery, linings and curtains.
HARDWARE; Polished stainless steel and chrome have been used throughout the construction. MAIN SALOON; A large L shaped settee is fitted to starboard, with plenty of stowage underneath. Solid fuel fire is fitted 2009, New solid Oak flooring fitted 2009.
GALLEY/DINING ROOM; This room has undergone a complete refit. The all electrically equipped galley is fitted with a new bosch 4 ring hob with extractor over, a new bosch oven and grill, combination microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/drier.
OWNERS STATE ROOM; A large spacious cabin with ensuite shower room, The cabin is fitted with a large central double bed, a full range of hand built fitted wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers in Canadian Maple and complimented with a hand build matching chair. On the port side a large radiator is fitted with a large range of lockers. A stereo cassette player with speakers is fitted. Steps and doors provide access to the for deck. The ensuite shower room is fitted with a standard shower cubicle, vanity unit with twin his and hers wash basins, a sea toilet and chrome radiator, ceramic tiles line the shower walls.
WHEELHOUSE; A roomy wheelhouse with teak fully glazed folding doors leading onto the aft deck, teak is also used for the wheelhouse sole with 2 x large hatches which give access to the engine room. A substantial helm position is to port with clearly defined panels in stainless steel for engine instrumentation, DC and AC circuits. Lockers give access to electrical main switches and circuit breakers. Plenty of stowage lockers are provided. Chrome radiator on starboard side.

Just in we have a great example of a newbridge navigator. These boats make a really good use of the space for a 19ft sailier
The boat benifits from being presented in its original gel coat which is in vgc and has recently been re antifouled under the waterline in pale blue.
The boat has been stored locally and also sailed by its owner from Rutland water so there are no signs of salt corosion
The mast was replaced aprox 5 years ago and is all in good order.

Storm Jib in very good condition
There is a full set of nav lights with the boat but there is no battery so these are being sold as unchecked and untested.
Internally it is clean and tidy with its original cushions and a small gas hob, The boat is a 4 berth.

All winches are in good condition and work fine
